Salary: $88,000 - $103,000  + 12% Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits

This role is ideal for someone with a strong relationship or business development background who wants to apply those skills in a genuinely purpose-led environment.

As the Employment Inclusion Lead, you’ll use your ability to build trust, open doors, and maintain long-term partnerships to create real pathways into inclusive employment. Your focus will be increasing access to Inclusive Employment Australia services, including for people able to work 0–7 hours per week, by working closely with community and referral partners.

What you’ll do

As a Inclusive Employment Lead in our team you’ll:

• Build strong relationships with NDIS providers, schools, social enterprises and community partners to drive referrals and grow the Inclusive Employment Australia footprint.
• Develop and deliver strategies that connect participants with meaningful employment opportunities - always with a people-first focus.
• Support, guide and mentor your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services and reach shared goals.

What you’ll bring

• Experience as a results-driven operator with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication with an authentic and collaborative style.
• Strategic thinking and an ability to balance big-picture planning with hands-on operations.
• An understanding of disability employment or inclusive workforce initiatives is a big plus.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
