Hey you!

MatchWorksis looking a motivated and supportive Employment Inclusion Lead to drive inclusive employment, build strong community connections and open doors for people of all abilities to find meaningful work. Our Employment Inclusion Lead will be visiting multiple sites, so willingness to travel is essential!

We're open to flexible hours, part-time, or job share arrangements – because great people thrive in different ways.

What you’ll do

As an Inclusive Employment Lead in our team you’ll:

  • Lead account and staff management by developing and implementing local account strategies, managing Employment Coaches, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with organisational policies and performance objectives.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement by building and maintaining strong relationships across employers, education, NDIS providers, social enterprises, government, and community sectors, while coordinating referrals and participant pathways.
  • Support sustainability and growth by developing sales pipelines, expanding referral and direct registration opportunities, strengthening employer partnerships, and identifying new employment and service delivery models.
  • Oversee compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement by managing performance frameworks, delivering regular reporting and reviews, implementing feedback mechanisms, and ensuring WHS and organisational standards are met.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated leadership and business management experience (ideally within the IEA sector), including leading teams, implementing change, and driving performance against KPIs and organisational targets.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with participants, stakeholders, and partners, supported by highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven capability to assess labour market trends and participant needs, and translate insights into practical strategies that improve employment outcomes and service delivery.
  • Highly professional, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused, with strong time management, initiative, and computer literacy, and experience working in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments
  • Driver's licence
  • An understanding of disability employment or inclusive workforce initiatives is a big plus

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
