We're looking for a passionate and motivated Employment Pathways Practitioner to join our Employment Pathways team. In this rewarding role, you'll empower people with disability to build confidence, develop skills, explore career opportunities and achieve meaningful employment outcomes.

What you’ll do
As an Employment Pathways Practitioner in our Employment Pathways team, you’ll:
- Partner with participants to identify and achieve employment-related goals.
- Develop, review and update individualised discovery and employment plans.
- Deliver employment preparation programs, confidence-building activities and skills development supports.
- Provide mentoring and on-the-job coaching in volunteer, work experience and employment settings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers & identify work experience, volunteering and employment opportunities for participants.
- Connect participants with relevant support services including allied health providers, Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), Centrelink and other community services.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum Certificate IV in disability, community services, employment services or a related field.
- Strong commitment to inclusion of people with disabilities within the community.
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
- Experience working in disability, community services or employment services.
- Knowledge of the NDIS and broader disability support sector.
