What you’ll do

 

 

As an Executive Assistant you will:

  • Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders, acting as a key liaison between the Executive team, Board, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage complex schedules, communications, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless daily operations and effective prioritisation.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefings, and Board materials, supporting decision-making on complex and sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and communications, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient information flow across the organisation.
  • Act as a trusted intermediary, delivering exceptional stakeholder service and supporting collaboration across teams to achieve strategic priorities.

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive support within a medium to large, complex organisation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to produce polished reports, presentations, and executive correspondence.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, sound judgement, and professionalism.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs and using initiative to solve problems.

 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
