genU is looking for a passionate and driven Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health Team, to support and provide services to our aged clients, assisting them to remain as healthy and active as possible so they can remain in their own homes.

What you’ll do
As an Exercise Physiologist in our Allied Health Team, you’ll:
- Provide regular supervision with a focus upon caseload progress, individual performance, development and learning requirements.
- Provide support and guidance in managing everyday client related scenarios. Including advice on therapy interventions.
- Support and promote excellent evidence based written documentation, including file notes and assessments.
- Evaluate, and modify where required, the effectiveness of programs / interventions as part of Continuous Quality Improvement activities
What you’ll bring
- Recent experience working in the field of Exercise Physiology
- Full member of Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
- Demonstrated ability to work within the code of conduct and ethical principles as outlined by ESSA
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
- Professional written, oral and verbal communication skills, including computer literacy.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
- Accredited and current practicing experience in the field of Exercise Physiology
- Knowledge of Community Aged Care funding frameworks
