genU is looking for an organised and vibrant Fleet and Property Officer to coordinate and manage the administration associated with genU’s Group’s fleet of vehicles and property assets.  Ensuring our staff and clients safety are met  and the companies   objectives are in accordance with policy, procedure and the genU Group Sustainability Strategy.

What you’ll do

As a Fleet and Property Officer in our Property and Fleet team you’ll:

  • Respond to and provide guidance to queries regarding vehicle servicing arrangements, insurance claims, replacement fuel cards, staff reimbursements, etc. 
  • Assist in the coordination of facilities maintenance with external maintenance service provider 
  • Review market rent reviews and advise relevant stakeholders if applicable 
  • Reading and reviewing of Heads of Agreements and Lease Documentation 

 

What you’ll bring

  • Well developed attention to detail and data integrity skills 
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, incorporating effective planning, time management and organisational skills to achieve quality outcomes 
  • Proven experience in developing and managing relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners 
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills and behaviours, incorporating verbal and written communication skills 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

 

Bonus points for

  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Exposure to working with NFP
