What you’ll do
As a Graduate Physiotherapist in our Allied Health Team, you’ll:
- Assist in delivering physiotherapy programs including land based, water based, group, and individual sessions and complete associated administration
- Work in alignment with the guidelines of the Commonwealth Home Support Program, Support at Home, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external partners to support preventative and educational initiatives for older adults, people with disabilities, and their carers.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and expand clinical knowledge relevant to physiotherapy practice.
What you’ll bring
- A degree in Physiotherapy recognised by Australian Physiotherapy Association, with current APHRA registration
- A genuine interest in working with older adults and supporting them to maintain independence, function, and quality of life.
- A strong desire to develop skills and clinical capability in community-based practice, including homecare, reablement, and rehabilitation.
- Level II Certificate First Aid – or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
- Professional written, oral, and verbal communication skills, including computer literacy and professional report writing skills.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
