Are you passionate about hands-on work and maintaining high standards in grounds maintenance?
genU is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor to join our team, ensuring beautiful, well-maintained grounds for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an engaged and active member of the Business Enterprise team
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to align with the genU standards to create an inclusive and safe workplace
- Excellent time management & planning to complete the scope of work to meet business needs as required
- To provide written and verbal communication to management and customer regarding work progress and future works
- To maintain all genU vehicles and equipment to a standard and report all faults and maintenance in a timely manner
What You’ll Bring:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in grounds maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Team-oriented with solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
- AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).

About You!
You will need the following for this role!
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (WOM) or willingness to obtain;
- Current and Valid Australian Driver’s License
