What you’ll do

As the Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor for our Landcare team, you’ll: 

• Support a crew day to day, delivering landscaping and garden maintenance across Geelong.
• Deliver high-quality grounds and garden maintenance services including hand mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding and herbicide spraying.
• Take a leading role in a safe, supportive and fun team environment.  

What you’ll bring

• Solid experience in landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance or similar.
• An enthusiasm for working alongside people with disability.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
• AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
   

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
