We're open to flexible hours, part-time, or job share arrangements – because great people thrive in different ways.

  • The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
  • Confidence learning and navigating multiple systems and databases.
  • A genuine interest in workplace health, safety and employee wellbeing.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

  • Experience within a health and safety setting or a broader people and culture function.
