What you’ll do

 

As the Head of Finance Projects you’ll:

 

  • Lead exciting finance transformation initiatives that improve the accuracy, visibility and impact of financial data across genU.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value projects, enhancing financial systems and processes with the power of SAP.
  • Simplify, standardise and automate finance activities to reduce manual effort and free teams up for high-value work.
  • Partner with senior leaders and champion change that supports strong adoption and real business benefits.
  • Inspire and guide project teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and excellent governance.

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • Extensive senior finance experience gained in large, complex environments, with a track record of delivering real impact
  • Proven leadership in finance transformation, including system implementation, process redesign and automation.
  • Strong technical expertise in financial systems, data architecture, reporting and SAP, backed by CA/CPA and relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder skills, able to influence and collaborate confidently with executives and project teams.
  • Strategic, analytical and solutions-focused mindset, with deep understanding of AASB standards and strong project and change leadership capability.

 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

 

Bonus points for 

 

  • Experience in not-for-profit or community services environments.
