Pay Range: genU Training Enterprise Agreement – Start $65.00 ph + Super
Not-for-Profit Benefits: Salary package up to $15,900 per annum + Meals & Entertainment benefits up to $2,649 annually

Are you a qualified health care professional with a passion for training and supporting others? genU Training is expanding and seeking experienced trainers to deliver accredited training across a variety of client locations.

As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, engaging learning experiences at genU sites and partner locations. We are looking for trainers who are flexible, responsive to learner needs, and committed to delivering positive outcomes.

 

We Currently Have Opportunities Across Perth to Deliver:

  • HLTAID011: Provide First Aid
  • HLTAID009: Provide CPR
  • HLTHPS006: Assist Clients with Medication
    (Assessors must be a registered nurse, enrolled nurse, or Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health practitioner)
  • Disability experience is preferred but not essential.

 

As a Sessional Trainer, You Will:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive courses informed by your professional experience.
  • Support learners to build competency and confidence.
  • Contribute to ASQA compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide high-quality training services to a range of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and reporting.
  • Deliver training in various settings, including classroom, workplace, and online environments.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Individuals who are passionate about education and supporting learner success.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
  • Relevant qualifications and industry experience to support course delivery.
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for student assessments.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate, or willingness to complete it.
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for on-site training. Travel is required, as no two delivery sites will always be the same. Kilometre reimbursement is provided in line with genU policy.
