We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Hospitality Trainer to deliver Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG), and our C.A.F.E. microcredential.

What you’ll do
As a Sessional Trainer, you’ll:
- Deliver RSA and RCG short courses that meet industry and regulatory standards
- Deliver the C.A.F.E. microcredential, teaching hands-on skills in food, beverage, coffee, customer service, and transactions
- Create welcoming, engaging learning environments where learners build confidence and job-ready skills
- Manage assessments, reporting, and course materials

What you’ll bring
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) – essential
- Strong knowledge of NSW hospitality, legislation, and best practice
- Experience delivering RSA and RCG training, must also hold the certificates
- Hands-on hospitality experience: food, beverage, barista, and customer service
- Confident, practical trainer who connects with learners from all backgrounds
Additional requirements
- Flexibility to travel to different training locations across Sydney or the Central Coast
- Current driver’s license and your own car for transporting equipment
- Ability to lift up to 20kg when setting up and transporting tools and materials
- Positive attitude and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work with people from all backgrounds
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, and Working With Children Check – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
