Hey You! 

 

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for an ICT Assets Officer to provide top-tier support to genU staff across Australia—both remotely and on-site.

 

In this role, you’ll take charge of asset deployment, stock control, data cleansing, and application support & configuration. You’ll be the go-to person for answering support calls, maintaining ICT equipment, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Regular auditing of equipment and maintaining the ICT Asset Register will also be crucial in this role.

If you’re ready to take on a role where your expertise makes a real difference, we’d love to hear from you! As an ICT Assets Officer, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Actioning requests from the genU Service Desk
  • Commissioning and decommissioning of equipment
  • Maintain Asset Register
  • Regular audits at sites
  • On-site support including Troubleshooting, Deployments, Site relocations and Decommissioning
  • Documentation and Training
  • Service Desk Triage & Response when required


About You
 

  • Our ideal ICT Assets Officer will have: 
  • Ability to stay focused and work effectively as a team
  • Ability to complete tasks independently
  • Knowledge and problem-solving skills pertaining to an ICT environment
  • Knowledge of desktop hardware, software & computing networking

 

Desirable:

 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft platforms
  • ICT Asset Management and stocktake experience
  • Previous experience working in the field of customer service
  • Experience with the windows operating system and Office 365
  • Experience with data analysis and systems configuration

You will need the following: 

 

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate or willingness to obtain;
