•    Keep our ICT asset register accurate and up to date through regular stocktakes, audits and asset management activities.
•    Assist with technology rollouts, office relocations and equipment upgrades, ensuring a smooth experience for our teams.
•    Work closely with colleagues, suppliers and contractors to deliver great service and keep our technology running smoothly

What you’ll bring

•    Full Australian Drivers License, as travel is an essential part of this role (this includes interstate travel)

•    A strong focus on service delivery with a desire to innovate, improve process, support others and share ideas
•    Great customer service and communication skills, with a willingness to help others and solve problems.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

•    A Cert IV in Information Technology or similar qualification.
•    Experience in IT support, retail, warehousing, administration or other customer-focused roles.
•    Exposure to Microsoft 365, Windows environments or ICT asset management
