Industry Partnerships Coordinator
Location: Melbourne Metro (Full-time, with some travel to host sites required)

About the role:
Are you passionate about creating industry connections and enhancing the learner experience? Join our dedicated team at genU Training as an Industry Partnerships Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, developing, and maintaining key industry partnerships to provide placement opportunities for our learners. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of students in achieving their vocational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with placement hosts.
- Coordinate and schedule placements for learners across various regions.
- Ensure learners are ready for placement through effective planning and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with industry and community groups.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Business Development or VET (Vocational Education and Training).
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage placement schedules and compliance documentation.
- High-level administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116) preferred.
- A valid driver’s licence and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
