Harnessing diversity
At genU, we’re not all the same. And that’s one of our greatest strengths. We draw on the differences in who we are, what we’ve experienced and how we think.
We welcome diversity in all its forms, including culture, gender, disability, neurodiversity, age, sexuality, religion, spirituality, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritages. We respect the intersections of these identities and recognise the unique experiences and insights they bring to our organisation. Our commitment is to foster a welcoming, innovative, safe, empowering, and a respectful environment where these values are upheld every day.
