What you’ll do

As a Injury Management Specialist in our team you’ll:

• Support employees through injury recovery with your care and expertise.
• Coordinate return-to-work programs for work and non-work-related injuries
• Lead early intervention strategies to improve
• Keep claims moving by working closely with insurers and stakeholders
• Utilise data and your expertise to shape smarter injury prevention approaches

What you’ll bring

• Injury management or claims experience.
• Experience managing return to work cases and/or knowledge of works compensation and legislation frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence working autonomously and managing competing priorities
• Ability to analyse data and prioritise high-risk or high-cost claim

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

• OH&S or allied health qualifications
• Experience with psychological injury claims
