As a Supervisor, you’ll take a hands-on role—leading meaningful work for valued customers while guiding and mentoring supported employees as they carry out their daily tasks. If you’re motivated by purpose and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
 


Some of your key responsibilities: 

  • Be an engaged and active member of the Business Enterprises team
  • Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Willingness to work alongside people of all abilities.
  • Bring a mature and friendly outlook and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Exhibit characteristics of reliability, punctuality and professionalism in all work related tasks.
  • Accurate and timely completion of tasks and ability to meet business needs as required.
  • Compliance with all relevant genU policies, procedures and work instructions 
  • A demonstrated ability to work autonomously, including in assessing crisis situations and applying conflict resolution skills.

 
 

About You:

 

You’ll be someone who is motivated, takes pride in your work, and enjoys a dynamic environment. While you’ll work closely with a supportive team, you’ll also be confident taking initiative and working independently when needed.
  

 

Key Selection Criteria & Qualifications

 

Essential:

  • Relevant Industry qualification and/or experience
  • Previous experience leading teams and supervising work
  • Proficiency when understanding the task at hand and communicating these instructions to people with different abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A patient and caring disposition and the ability to make people feel at ease


 
You will need the following documents and clearances for this role:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain; 
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (WOM) or willingness to obtain; 
     

Desirable:

Certificate IV or higher qualification in the field of Disability Studies or leadership
