genU is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Lotteries Administrator to help keep our lotteries and fundraising campaigns running smoothly. In this rewarding role, you’ll combine strong administration, responsive customer service and careful attention to detail to create a positive experience for customers and stakeholders.
This is a six-month fixed-term opportunity with the potential for extension or future employment opportunities.

What you’ll do
As a Lotteries Administrator in our Lotteries team you’ll:
- Support the delivery of lottery and fundraising campaigns, including eDM and SMS communications, social media monitoring and campaign content.
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and social media in a timely, helpful and professional way.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and reporting, and complete forms and administrative processes efficiently.
- Coordinate lottery prize draws, prize distribution and supplier relationships while supporting compliance requirements.
What you’ll bring
- An administration qualification or equivalent experience, including at least two years in an administration role.
- Customer service experience and strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, efficient and high-quality work.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems, plus confidence using social media platforms.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
- Experience in lotteries, fundraising or the not-for-profit sector, or basic Photoshop skills
