What you’ll do

As our Manager, Aged Care Services you’ll:

  • Lead strategic and operational improvements across genU’s SaH and CHSP services
  • Translate aged care reforms into practical, effective service delivery models
  • Work closely with leaders across genU to align service direction and delivery
  • Monitor performance, drive efficiency and strengthen financial results

 

What you’ll bring

  • Strong leadership experience in aged care with confidence navigating reform
  • Deep knowledge of SaH and CHSP.
  • Capability to lead change, lift performance and solidify regulated and complex processes
  • Clear communication style and ability to influence across all levels
  • Financial acumen and a practical, steady approach to decision‑making.
  • A values‑driven mindset and genuine commitment to person‑centred care

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
