genU is looking for a Manager Organisational Resilience to lead the development and implementation of best-practice crisis, business continuity and critical incident management across the organisation.

The role will also oversee the delivery of genU’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) sustainability strategy, strengthening organisational resilience and long-term sustainability.

What you’ll do

As the Manager Organisational Resilience in our Risk and Assurance team you’ll:

  • Establish a framework and methodology for business resilience, comprising business continuity, emergency management and crisis management.
  • Lead the improvement and streamlining of genU organisational resilience policies.
  • Design and implement standard risk assessment, business impact assessment and other business resilience tools.
  • Lead the effective development, review and efficient delivery of site level organisational resilience plans for all genU sites.
  • Lead, plan and co-ordinate organisation-wide contingency planning, testing and reporting.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in Business Resilience, Emergency Management, Business Continuity Management, Risk Management and/ or similar field
  • Expert knowledge of risk management, risk standards and assessment techniques (including ISO3100:2018)
  • The ability to facilitate and conduct risk assessments, training programs and scenarios testing
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret relevant Work Health Safety, Risk and Environmental legislation across all Australian states and territories

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
