genU is looking for a passionate candidate to assist sit within the dynamic Marketing team, which operates across Australia.
The Marketing Team operates within the wider Marketing, Communications, Events, Fundraising, and Inclusion team, all driven by growing awareness, driving enquiries, and directing funds to continue to support genU's programs and opportunities for our clients.
The Marketing Business Partner pivotal role that shares responsibility for the overall execution of the organisation’s marketing strategy and the achievement of fundraising goals.
Reporting to the Director of Brand, Marketing & Fundraising, this position is tasked with driving the success of some of genU’s highest growth business units by working in partnership with business and operational areas to understand their goals and create a pipeline of enquiries and audiences to achieve ongoing growth.
While genU’s main support hubs are in Victoria, Western Australia and Tasmania, the Marketing Business Partner role can work from anywhere in Australia. We’re looking for the best person for the role, hungry to drive growth and make a difference in the lives of others.
Collaboration is key for this role as we work holistically as a team and organisation to create impact, aligning marketing strategies with genU's broader organisational objectives and profit targets.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns and collateral across a wide range of mediums, including but not limited to traditional and digital channels
- Creating and integrating campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and fundraising, to diversify income streams for genU.
- Working with media partners and individually to continually track and optimise the performance of these campaigns and driving leads towards conversion.
- Driving awareness of genU and allocated business units and increasing traffic through targeted digital marketing and communications.
- Developing and refining marketing collateral and materials to provide engaging, informative, and personalised content.
- Seeking partnership and sponsorship opportunities where possible to help to drive opportunities for our people and profit.
- Establishing and maintaining a contemporary sector and community presence for genU, including developing an effective social media strategy and monitoring campaign effectiveness.
- Ensuring adherence to brand and corporate identity standards, while complying with all legal requirements.
- Staying informed of developments in the marketing profession and identifying opportunities to advance genU’s marketing strategies.
- Reporting on and analysing all aspects of marketing and communications across genU to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Working with the wider team to manage the brand representation, collaborate on projects as needed and assist the Director on implementing initiatives and campaigns across a range of areas when required.
Essential Requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate of completion or willingness to obtain;
- A tertiary qualification in relevant discipline and/or relevant work experience that could be equated to tertiary qualifications.
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing, communications, fundraising, brand or related discipline
- Sound experience in managing B2B and B2C campaigns
Desirable:
- Postgraduate qualifications in related field
- Experience in services marketing environment
