Sitting in our national Marketing team, you’ll work closely with business units to drive awareness, generate enquiries, and support our fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Director of Brand, Marketing & Fundraising, you’ll lead end-to-end campaigns that create real results — and change lives along the way.
This role can be based in Victoria, Western Australia or Tasmania. What matters most is your drive, curiosity, and ability to collaborate.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Designing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Driving audience growth, lead generation and donor engagement
- Shaping strategies that boost brand visibility and program success
- Creating compelling, on-brand content that connects
- Collaborating across teams to align marketing with business goals
- Building strong media and partnership relationships
- Monitoring, reporting and refining campaigns for impact
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive proven experience in marketing, communications, fundraising or brand
- Experience running B2B and B2C campaigns that deliver results
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills
- A flair for storytelling and creative thinking
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
