What you’ll do

You'll spend your time building relationships, uncovering opportunities and helping organisations find the right workforce development solutions. No two days will look the same, but you can expect to:

• Grow new business opportunities across your national portfolio.
• Build long-term partnerships with customers and key industry stakeholders.
• Develop tailored workforce and training solutions that solve real business challenges.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and confidently convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Represent genU Training at networking events, conferences and industry forums.

What you’ll bring

• You're a natural relationship builder who enjoys opening new doors.
• Proven success in B2B business development and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent consultative selling skills, you focus on understanding before selling.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and growing existing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Confidence working independently while collaborating across a national team.
• Experience using Salesforce or another similar CRM platform.
• Commercial thinking with a genuine customer-first mindset.
