What you’ll do
As our National Manager – Business Partnering in the People & Culture team you’ll:
- Partner with senior leaders to build inclusive, values-led teams that enable people to thrive
- Lead and inspire a national Business Partnering team to deliver bold, person-centred people solutions
- Shape and deliver people strategies that strengthen engagement, retention and organisational capability
- Guide leaders through workforce planning, organisational design and change initiatives that support sustainable growth
- Provide trusted advice on complex people matters, fostering fairness, accountability and strong leadership
What you’ll bring
- Deep generalist P&C experience within complex organisations, with the capability to navigate workforce planning, organisational design and workplace relations with confidence
- The ability to influence, coach and empower senior leaders to build accountable, high-performing and inclusive teams
- Strategic thinking with a proven track record contributing to and shaping People & Culture strategy
- Experience leading and engaging geographically dispersed teams to deliver consistent, high-quality people services
- Resilience, strong communication and project leadership skills to guide stakeholders through change with clarity and purpose
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or related discipline.
- Experience in successfully negotiating enterprise agreements.
