What you’ll do

As our National Manager - People & Culture, you'll:

  • Help leaders build engaged, inclusive and high-performing teams
  • Lead a national team and build excellent People & Culture support practices.
  • Navigate complex people matters and workplace change
  • Turn big-picture workforce strategy into practical outcomes
  • Support organisational change, workforce planning and leadership capability

 

What you’ll bring

  • Significant experience leading high-performing HR/P&C functions
  • Experience within a disability, community services, health or aged care environment
  • Expertise across ER, IR, workforce strategy and organisational development.
  • Values based leadership and passion for developing people
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to balance people and business outcomes.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
