genU is looking for an experienced and strategic National Manager – Property & Fleet to lead the effective management of our national property and fleet portfolio and enable our organisation to deliver essential community services.

What you’ll do
 
As the National Manager – Property & Fleet in our Finance & Enabling Services team you’ll:


•    Lead and manage the Property & Fleet teams to deliver high-quality internal support services.
•    Oversee strategic and effective management of the national property and fleet portfolio to optimise utilisation and maximise value.
•    Manage service providers, contracts and compliance obligations across property, facilities and fleet operations.
•    Develop and implement asset strategies, property plans, reporting, and due-diligence processes including acquisitions and divestments.
 

What you'll bring

 

•    Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Real Estate, Business, Commerce, Accounting or related discipline.
•    Minimum 5 years’ senior leadership experience in property/commercial portfolio management.
•    Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability with proven experience leading high-performing teams.
•    Demonstrated strategic decision-making capability with strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
•    Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and influence stakeholders at all levels.
•    Experience managing budgets, procurement and contract performance.

 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
 
Bonus points for


•    Experience in fleet management and/or real estate leasing (residential and commercial).
•    Postgraduate qualifications such as MBA or Masters in Finance.
•    Leadership experience within corporate, M&A or property project environments.
