We’re seeking a National Manager Strategic Marketing & Brand to lead genU’s enterprise-wide marketing strategy, elevate our brand, and drive powerful campaigns that deliver real-world impact. What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Vision: Drive integrated brand, marketing, and fundraising strategies that fuel awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Deliver Results: Design performance-driven campaigns that generate measurable ROI and support genU’s strategic goals.
  • Inspire Innovation: Champion creativity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across all marketing channels.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with executive leaders, creative agencies, and media partners to amplify genU’s presence.
  • Make a Difference: Position genU as a trusted leader in disability, aged care, training, and social enterprise.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in senior marketing leadership, ideally in complex, multi-site organisations.
  • Proven success in brand strategy, performance marketing, and fundraising innovation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • A heart for purpose, a mind for strategy, and a drive for excellence.

 

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in NFP, disability, aged care, or community services.
  • Fundraising leadership across major gifts, events, and partnerships.
  • Digital transformation and marketing automation expertise.

Requirements

To be eligible, you must have or willing to complete:

  • NDIS Screening Workers Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
  • A passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and empowering others to thrive
