We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our team!
As part of the Business Partnering team and working closely with the wider People & Culture (P&C) team and leaders across the business, you will provide advice on a range of topics including P&C processes, EBA interpretations, employee record compliance and case management. You will also contribute to a range of P&C projects supporting our evolving service and function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advisory and operational support to internal clients, aligning with strategic P&C and Business Partnering Team objectives.
- Coordinate and conduct investigations into employee concerns and performance matters.
- Support leaders in managing probation and performance management processes.
- Analyse performance data to recommend strategies for improving employee performance and engagement.
- Support HR projects, committees and initiatives on behalf of P&C as required.
- Draft position papers, briefs, and correspondence on HR and integrity matters.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Build effective relationships across genU divisions and advocate for a unified P&C approach.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Degree/diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Essential Experience:
- Demonstrated experience working in HR, IR, or ER roles (ideally over 2 years).
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability managing complex employee enquiries end to end.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR policies, enterprise agreements and key legislative standards.
- NDIS Screening Workers Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in call queue management.
- Experience in integrity/fraud investigations.
- Proven ability to prepare and draft correspondence regarding ER/integrity matters.

About You!
You will need the following for this role!
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (WOM) or willingness to obtain;
- Ability to obtain PRODA ID for system access
