genU is looking for a proactive, people-savvy P&C Business Partner to join our team, where you will partner with leaders across the business to shape culture, support growth, and deliver meaningful outcomes and important work.

What you'll do

As a hands on Business Partner in our team you will:

• Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives that align with business goals
• Provide trusted advice on people management, ER matters, and leadership capability
• Support culture, engagement, workforce planning, and change projects
• Analyse P&C data and share insights to drive improvement

What you'll bring

• A HR, Business or other related qualification or experience
• Strong ER knowledge with the ability to coach and support leaders as a HR generalist
• A collaborative approach with excellent relationship-building skills
• A passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and empowering others

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
