What you’ll do

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll:

• Partner with leaders to provide practical people advice and support
• Assist with employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace matters
• Support workforce planning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives
• Coach leaders through people processes and build their capability and confidence

What you’ll bring

• Experience in a HR/P&C Business Partnering setting
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary people practices
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and support stakeholders
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to managing people matters

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus Points for

• Experience within the disability or aged care industry.
• Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
