genU is looking for an organised and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to help keep our People & Culture team running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves being organised, and is looking to build their career in HR. You'll support our Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and People Services teams, helping deliver a positive experience for employees, leaders and candidates throughout their journey with genU.

What you’ll do

As our P&C Coordinator you will:

• Coordinate reporting, documentation, workflows and administrative processes across our People & Culture teams
• Assist with People & Culture projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain accurate records, systems and reporting to support informed decision making
• Help ensure our people processes are efficient, compliant and delivered with a great customer experience in mind

What you’ll bring

• Experience in administration, coordination, HR/P&C, recruitment or a customer-focused support role
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Great communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
