We are seeking a motivated and capable People & Culture Specialist to provide specialist HR advisory and operational support across employee relations, industrial relations, case management, investigations, performance.

This role partners closely with leaders and the broader P&C team to ensure compliant, consistent and high-quality people practices aligned with legislation, Enterprise Agreements and organisational policy.

What you’ll do

As a P&C Specialist in our team you’ll:

  • Provide specialist HR advisory services aligned with business needs, HR best practice and employment legislation
  • Deliver end-to-end employee relations case management including performance, probation, misconduct and disciplinary matters
  • Support leaders with performance management processes and procedural compliance.
  • Contribute to P&C projects, continuous improvement initiatives and operational enhancements
  • Maintain accurate, compliant employee records and documentation
  • Build strong internal stakeholder relationships across divisions

 

What you’ll bring

  • Some great case management experience.
  • A sound working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including formal correspondence and documentation drafting.
  • Great attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Experience using HR systems, reporting tools and administration automation platforms.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

 

Bonus points for

  • A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Human Resource Management (or related discipline) would be handy.
