What you’ll do
- Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives that align with business goals
- Provide trusted advice on people management, ER matters, and leadership capability
- Support culture, engagement, workforce planning, and change projects
- Analyse P&C data and share insights to drive improvement

What you’ll bring
- A HR, Business or other related qualification
- Strong ER knowledge with the ability to coach and support leaders as a HR generalist
- A collaborative approach with excellent relationship-building skills
- A passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and empowering others
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
