What you’ll do
As our Payroll & P&C Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the systems, compliance, data and processes that support accurate payroll and a seamless employee experience. You’ll:
- Maintain and enhance our payroll, workforce management and People & Culture systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver effective system solutions
- Analyse business requirements and provide valuable reporting and workforce insights
- Lead testing, system improvements and integration activities that drive operational excellence
What you’ll bring
- Experience supporting payroll, HRIS or workforce management systems in complex operational environments.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and solution delivery.
- Proven experience managing testing, UAT, system enhancements and releases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve system, integration and data issues.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, ICT teams and vendors to deliver system improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on reporting, data integrity, compliance and continuous improvement
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus Points for
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with experience in payroll and workforce management platforms (e.g. WorkForce Software, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, SAP Payroll) will be highly regarded.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Payroll, Business, Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
