What you’ll do

Be the helpful first point of contact for People & Culture support.

Help employees and leaders navigate HR systems, policies and processes.

Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.

Keep employee records accurate while ensuring confidentiality.

Look for ways to improve processes and make things easier for everyone.
What you’ll bring

A friendly, approachable nature and enthusiasm for supporting others.

An ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life and confidence engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders.

A proactive mindset, you enjoy solving problems and finding answers.

Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy day.

Great attention to detail and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

An interest in building your experience in Human Resources/People & Culture.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
