Location: Geelong or Melbourne (hybrid WFH, at least 1 day per week in Geelong)

What you’ll do 

• Be the helpful first point of contact for People & Culture support. 

• Help employees and leaders navigate HR systems, policies and processes. 

• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities. 

• Keep employee records accurate while ensuring confidentiality. 

• Look for ways to improve processes and make things easier for everyone. 

What you’ll bring 

• A friendly, approachable nature and enthusiasm for supporting others. 

• An ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life and confidence engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders. 

• A proactive mindset, you enjoy solving problems and finding answers. 

• Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy day. 

• Great attention to detail and advanced Microsoft Office skills. 

• An interest in building your experience in Human Resources/People & Culture. 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.) 

Bonus points for 

• Experience working with HR processes or administration. 

• Experience using SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll.
