As an AssistU Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for People & Culture (P&C) support, delivering high-quality frontline service to employees and managers. In this role, you'll respond to a variety of HR-related enquiries, provide system support, and assist with key employee lifecycle processes. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring P&C services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with genU’s policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
As an People Services Advisor you will:
- Provide timely, accurate support to employees and managers on P&C policies, systems, benefits, and general queries.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Guide leaders on using P&C self-service tools and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of P&C processes and service delivery.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and confidentiality.
About you
We are looking for dynamic and values-led individuals who have:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel
- Highly organised, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates a positive, customer-focused attitude with a strong commitment to follow-through
- Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence
- Experience working with SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll will be highly regarded.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Requirements
To be eligible, you must have or be willing to complete:
- NDIS Screening Workers Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
- A passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and empowering others to thrive
