We’re looking for a People Support Project Lead to drive and deliver key People & Culture (P&C) initiatives across genU. In this role, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of P&C-related projects, ranging from process improvements to system rollouts and lots of things in-between!
You’ll work closely with our P&C teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and lasting impact, playing a vital role in shaping efficient, people-focused solutions that support our growing organisation.
Key responsibilities
As People Support Lead, your responsibilities include:
- Lead key People & Culture (P&C) projects, aligning outcomes with business goals and strategy
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
- Create and manage detailed project plans, coordination, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget
- Collaborate across P&C, IT, and other departments to drive smooth project execution.
- Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Support change management, training, and communications to embed new processes effectively
- Review project outcomes and identify opportunities to enhance future P&C operations
About you
We are looking for dynamic and values-led individuals who have:
- Proven experience leading P&C-related projects and working within a P&C team
- Solid understanding of P&C systems and technology including SuccessFactors
- Strong background in project methodology, change management and internal communications
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- High levels of confidentiality and professionalism
Desirable:
- Confident using Microsoft tools and tech platforms
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Proactive mindset with a solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable consulting on change and working with senior stakeholders

Requirements
To be eligible, you must have or willing to complete:
- NDIS Screening Workers Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
