About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, resilient, and autonomous People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner for a 4-6 month contract (4 days a week). In this role, you will support a major transformation at genU by working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to integrate genU and Activ, and ensure a smooth transition during a significant period of change, while prioritising the employee experience.


About You:
You are an experienced P&C Business Partner who thrives in complex, matrix environments and works well independently. You bring a proven track record in managing organisational change, particularly during mergers and restructures. Your strengths lie in strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills. 

 

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in P&C business partnering in complex environments
  • Proven track record in managing organisational change, particularly in mergers and restructures
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance, and union relationships
  • Excellent project management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive employee experience
