Our Community & Home Support Services team provides flexible, client-centred support across Geelong and surrounding areas — with hours available seven days a week, from early mornings to late evenings.

What you’ll do

As a Personal Support Worker, you’ll support people to live safely, independently, and on their own terms by providing:

• Personal and self-care support including hygiene, dressing, eating and meal preparation
• Light domestic tasks and assistance in daily living
• Community access support, transport, shopping, and social outings
• Opportunities for skill development aligned with support plans
• Respectful, strengths-based assistance that upholds privacy and dignity

What you’ll bring

• A warm, empowering approach and genuine care for helping people achieve their goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain documentation, file notes and follow support plans
• Flexibility to support a wide range of participants with individual needs
• Professional integrity, reliability, and a person-centred mindset

You’ll also need

• Certificate III in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent
• Current First Aid & CPR (within 12 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
