About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Quality & Compliance Coordinator who will play an important role in ensuring our training products are high quality, compliant, and consistent. This is a hands-on and varied role. One day you might be reviewing course materials, the next you’ll be updating compliance records or collaborating with internal teams on process improvements. -
Participate in validation activities, reporting, and RTO self-assurance processes.
-
Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to strengthen compliance and quality across all training activities.
What We’re Looking For
This role will suit someone who enjoys getting the details right, while also seeing the bigger picture of how quality training impacts learners. You’ll bring:
-
A solid understanding of RTO Standards and training package requirements.
-
Experience in developing training products and mapping them across different delivery modes.
-
Strong organisational skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
-
The ability to communicate with ease, from writing reports to engaging with colleagues and stakeholders.
-
A team-first mindset, balanced with the confidence to work independently.
-
A genuine interest in contributing to continuous improvement in education and training.
Qualifications & requirements:
-
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded).
-
NDIS Screening Workers Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion (or willingness to obtain).
