This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, with the potential to become an ongoing position.
As a Business Enterprises Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities to develop new skills, build confidence, and thrive in a supportive workplace. This hands-on position involves overseeing supported employees as they carry out meaningful work for our valued customers, ensuring high-quality outcomes and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:
- Be an engaged and active member of the Business Enterprises team
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Bring a mature and friendly outlook and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Exhibit characteristics of reliability, punctuality and professionalism in all work-related tasks
- Accurate and timely completion of tasks and ability to meet business needs as required
- Compliance with all relevant genU policies, procedures and work instructions
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workloads
About You!
Our Ideal Business Enterprises Supervisor will have:
- Experience leading teams and supervising work
- A patient and caring disposition and the ability to make people feel at ease
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work alongside people of all abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A forklift and/or truck license is preferred

You will need the following compliance:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module;
- Current and Valid Australian Driver’s License;
- First Aid and CPR within 12 months
