What you’ll do

As our Production Supervisor in our Business Enterprises team you’ll:

• Lead day-to-day production activities while supporting employees of all abilities
• Coach, motivate and develop team members in a supportive workplace environment
• Ensure customer expectations, productivity and quality standards are met
• Coordinate stock, orders and supplier relationships
• Promote a safe, positive and inclusive workplace culture

What you’ll bring

• Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality or similar environments
• Demonstrated leadership capability an inclusive workplace environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
• An enthusiasm for working alongside people with a disability

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
