genU is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance & Audit Officer to play a key role in improving service quality by conducting audits, assessing compliance, and identifying risks.
Working closely with staff and leadership, you’ll support quality assurance initiatives and recommend service improvements to ensure compliance with our NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do
As a Quality Assurance & Audit Officer in our Quality & Practice team you’ll:
- Monitor and assess the organisation’s adherence to quality management standards, policies, and NDIS Practice Standards.
- Develop internal audit schedules and provide oversight over quality spot checks and peer internal audits.
- Review and analyse service delivery processes to ensure that quality assurance procedures are followed and recommend improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance standards, internal audit processes, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
- Build strong working relationships with teams across the organization to ensure engagement and participation in the audit process.
- What you’ll bring
- Internal audit qualifications or relevant internal auditing experience including design and implementation of audit programs.
- Qualification health management, disability or aged care or equivalent experience.
- Sound knowledge in quality frameworks.
- Detailed knowledge of NDIS and/or Aged care practice standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex issues in a sensitive and professional manner.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
