About the role: 

  

The Business Support Unit delivers support to MatchWorks with the aim of supporting operations to meet contractual obligations and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. 

  

The Quality and Systems Lead assists with the performance and compliance of the Employment Services Division through internal and external auditing, systems and contracts support, and compliant processes and procedures to help the business achieve the highest level of compliance to all quality standards and contractual obligations. You will support the Quality and Systems Manager with general management duties including staff support, training and development. 

 

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Processes and procedures are identified, mapped and developed to improve and deliver efficiencies across quality systems  
  • Assist with the development of continuous improvement across Employment Services  
  • Internal/external audits are performed as per agreed timeframes  
  • Audit results are managed, and actions completed as per agreed timeframes  
  • Coordinate actions from results of external and internal audits  
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff on areas of improvement that are identified during auditing activities 

 

About you 

  • Relevant Certificate or Qualification in Auditing and/or Certificate IV Employment Services and/or demonstrated experience in an Employment Services Industry. 
  • Experience in delivering services under jobactive, Workforce Australia or Disability Employment Services  
  • Understanding of compliance and contractual obligations associated with Department of Employment and Work and Department of Social Services contracts  
  • Experience in providing quality customer service in a human services environment 
  • High level organisational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work within a busy environment 
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written 
  • NDIS Screening Workers Check (or willing to obtain) 
  • NDIS Workers Operational Module (or willing to obtain)
