MatchWorks is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Quality and Systems Support Specialist to provide a structured and proactive approach to supporting systems, processes, and quality outcomes across our services,

ensuring the needs of people with disability, employers, labour markets, and service providers are effectively met.

What you’ll do


As a Quality and Systems Support Specialist you’ll:

  • Provide specialised support across employment services systems, including troubleshooting issues and maintaining accurate, up-to-date databases
  • Identify, map and enhance processes and procedures within quality systems to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to internal and external audits, supporting coordination of actions and follow-ups
  • Support the performance and compliance of the employment services division through quality auditing, systems support and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage system access and support for employment services platforms
  • Maintain database integrity and resolve system issues
  • Manage feedback and support incident resolution
  • Deliver training via our learning management system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to uphold quality standards

 

 

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant Certificate or Qualification in Quality Auditing and/or demonstrated experience in an Auditing / Administration role
  • Strong customer service background in human services
  • Ability to work professionally in a complex environment
  • High level organisational and time management skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven administrative skills, including computer skills with an emphasis on Word, Excel, Internet search, email applications and databases such as Workforce Australia Online for Providers
  • Understanding of compliance and contractual obligations associated with Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, and the Department of Social Services contracts

 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

 

 

 

Bonus points for 

  • Previous experience working within or familiarity with employment services systems
  • Understanding of compliance and contractual obligations
