About the role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead a team of professionals across multiple employment service sites in Brisbane. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional employment outcomes, meeting contractual obligations, and driving future growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities will be
- Lead, mentor and inspire site and program teams to achieve employment outcomes.
- Develop and monitor regional budgets and capital expenditure.
- Drive regional performance, implement strategic plans, and ensure compliance with contractual and accreditation standards.
- Foster internal and external stakeholder engagement, including industry partners and funding bodies.
- Monitor caseloads, labour market trends, and site-level strategies.
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and high-performance culture across sites.
- Oversee site audits, WHS, quality assurance and regional branding activities.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity you are a natural leader and strategic thinker with:
- Previous experience in managing large, diverse teams in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of employment services, business development and compliance.
- High-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Sound financial acumen with budget and forecasting experience.
- A passion for social impact, diversity and community development.
- Extensive experience in Disability Employment or Workforce Australia contracts
- 3 years management experience in employment services
