genU is looking for a Reward & Benefits Manager to lead the development of contemporary reward, recognition and benefits programs that help attract, engage and retain great people. What you’ll do
As our Reward & Benefits Manager within the Employee Experience team, you’ll:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of our remuneration framework and reward programs
- Manage annual remuneration review activities and provide specialist advice on salary benchmarking, job evaluation and classification
- Enhance employee benefits, recognition and reward initiatives that support engagement, wellbeing and retention
- Analyse engagement data to identify trends, drive continuous improvement and strengthen the employee experience
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in a Reward & Benefits Manager role or similar specialist reward position
- Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendations
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and HR systems such as Success Factors or similar platforms
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
- Experience within the community services, health, aged care or not-for-profit sectors
- Experience managing employee benefits providers, procurement activities or recognition platforms
