genU is looking for a Risk & Insurance Business Partner to provide subject matter expertise support to the Chief Risk Officer and the organisation in the development and maintenance of risk, compliance and insurance management within genU.

What you’ll do
As a Risk & Insurance Business Partner in our Quality Risk and Assurance team you’ll:
- Provide expert risk advice and delivery support across core operational activities, business initiatives, and strategy development.
- Analyse and report on business risk performance, sharing trends and insights to strengthen proactive risk management.
- Facilitate risk planning workshops, assessments, project meetings, and 1:1s to identify improvement opportunities and uplift risk maturity.
- Identify organisation-wide and systemic risks to support a high-quality, market-leading customer experience.
- Oversee improvements to the control environment through the identification and enhancement of key controls.
What you’ll bring
- 5 years’ plus experience in work in risk, audit, assurance, investigations, integrity and/or compliance management.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with skills of leadership, negotiation, adaptability, and initiative.
- Proven time management and goal setting skills with the ability to effectively manage time and projects.
- Well-developed computer skills with an emphasis on Word, Excel, Adobe, Visio, Internet search and e-mail applications.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
